1First 10 Minutes: Set Up Your First Workers

When you first spawn in Your Bank, your goal is simple: get workers onto desks as fast as possible. Idle desks earn nothing, so we want to fill every slot.

1. Redeem all active codes – Check our Codes page for free cash and boosts. This jump-starts your first boxes.
2. Buy your first cheap box – Open it immediately and equip the workers you get.
3. Place workers on every available desk – Make sure no worker stays unused in your inventory.
4. Keep collecting income until your starting floor is mostly filled with workers.

2Minutes 10–25: Fill Your First Floor

This is the most important phase of early game. Your first floor is your income engine. We want it full of decent workers before doing anything fancy.

Use your starting cash and code rewards to keep buying boxes. Even "average" workers massively beat having empty desks. Focus on:

• Always keeping all unlocked desks filled with some worker
• Replacing weak workers only when you have clear upgrades from new boxes
• Ignoring expensive statues for now – you first need a solid worker base

3Minutes 25–40: Statues and Smart Upgrades

Once your first floor is filled with reasonable workers, it's time to think about multipliers. In Your Bank, statues give powerful boosts to all income but cost a lot of cash.

During this window, your priority order should be:

1. Fill or upgrade workers on every desk – no weak or empty slots
2. Buy your first statue once your income feels stable
3. Avoid over-upgrading too early – keep some cash buffer for the next box tier

4Minutes 40–55: Preparing for Rebirth and Floor 2

Your mid-term target in Your Bank is your first rebirth. According to our recommended progression, rebirthing at around $1M unlocks stronger growth and new floors.

At this stage you should:

• Be earning a comfortable amount per minute from a full floor of workers
• Have at least one statue boosting your overall income
• Start thinking about how long it will take to reach that first big cash milestone

5Minutes 55–60: Final Checks and Next Goals

In the last part of the hour, you should be close to your first major milestone (strong first floor, statue, and a clear rebirth plan). Run through this quick checklist:

• ✅ You understand which boxes you want to buy next for better workers
• ✅ You have at least one statue improving your income
• ✅ You know roughly when you'll hit your first rebirth target
